Ordering, privacy, and care.

The website is a catalogue and ordering aid. Submitting a cart creates a request for review; it does not by itself create a confirmed order.

• Product descriptions and fragrance notes are guidance; scent perception and performance vary by person, climate, storage, and application.
• Prices are shown in Albanian lek. Stock and displayed information may change, including when products are sold through another channel.
• Mozaikessence must confirm availability, final price, payment method, and the selected fulfilment details before an order is accepted.
• Customers should check their product, size, quantity, contact, and fulfilment information before sending the request.

This site has no customer accounts, analytics trackers, advertising trackers, newsletter form, or online payment. It uses a database to operate the catalogue, inventory, and order-request service.

Information saved on this device

• mozaikLanguage stores the chosen English or Albanian language. mozaikessence-language may also be read as an older language preference.
• mozaik_cart_v2 stores only product IDs, variant IDs, and quantities so the cart can remain between visits.
• mozaik_cart_v1 may be read once to migrate compatible items from the former cart. Invalid or unavailable items are ignored.
• mozaik_cart_customer_v1 is removed without reading its contents if it remains from the former website.

You can remove this information through your browser’s site-data controls or by clearing the cart. Blocking local storage may prevent language and cart preferences from persisting.

Information used for an order request

When you submit a request, the server stores your name, phone, city, fulfilment method, delivery address when required, optional notes, requested items, prices, status, and request timestamps so Mozaikessence can review and manage it. Checkout details are not saved in this browser's local storage.

After submission, the site provides a private status link. The secret in that link is not stored in the database in readable form or saved in browser storage. Anyone who receives the link can view the request, so keep it private. An administrator can replace the link if it is lost or shared.

Personal order details are anonymized 365 days after a request is fulfilled or cancelled. Requests that are still active are retained so they can be handled. Anonymous order-item and inventory records may remain for operational records.

Website and database data are hosted with United Domains in a German data centre. Administrative access is restricted. No customer information is sent to analytics or advertising services by this website.

Available fulfilment methods, cost, timing, courier arrangements, payment, and destination restrictions are confirmed directly for each request. The website does not promise a fixed price or fulfilment time.

• Inspect the parcel when possible and contact Mozaikessence promptly if a product is missing, incorrect, leaking, or damaged.
• Do not send a return without first contacting Mozaikessence and receiving instructions.
• Return or exchange eligibility depends on the reason, product condition, packaging, and applicable consumer law. Opened or used fragrance may require special assessment for product-integrity, hygiene, and safety reasons.
• Any refund method and timing will be confirmed after the request and returned product are reviewed, subject to applicable rights.

• Follow the product label. Use externally only and avoid eyes, broken skin, and irritated areas.
• Patch test first if you have sensitive skin. Stop use if irritation occurs and seek qualified advice when needed.
• Keep fragrance away from children, pets, flames, high heat, and direct sunlight. Some fragrance products are flammable.
• Store bottles upright and tightly closed. Test oils and sprays before applying near delicate fabric or surfaces.
• Consider other people and fragrance-sensitive spaces when deciding how much to apply.
